This wine is all about tropical fruits contoured by lemon flowers, crème brule and vanilla. Its perfect balance and its mineral presence makes it a perfect spouse to a lobster salad or a white truffle dish

Delicate sensations herbs relative to sage and basil sweetened by a fruity vein of peaches. Particularly persistent, fresh and soft. A good companion for anchovies or a vegetable ratatouille.

A great expression of a tocai - its sunny and warm colours are confirmed in its smells reminiscent of warm hay and  mountain flowers. It then turns to ripe fruits, camomile and honey. These sensations are confirmed in its flavours enriched by a marked tastiness. Pleasantly sour aftertaste. I see it on tagliolini with scallops.

The 2003 edition of this SuperTuscan produced in the heart of Chianti has received numerous recognitions. Its Aristocratic appearance and formidable concentration open up to a wave of roses, violets and lavender mixed with blueberries, black cherries liquorice rolling on a carpet of black pepper, cloves, tobacco and cocoa. With its silky tannins and harmonious freshness it bonds beautifully with  game or with Tuscan cheeses.

Visually profound and aristocratic, with intricate scents of tabacco, black cherries, black berries, liquorice, pine resins and cocoa. Its presence in the mouth is warm and fruity, balanced by a velvet carpet of tannins and freshness. End with fume' sensation.

Again a true champion of elegance - fascinating etheral scents enriched by oriental spices, red berries and a marked minerality. Its flavour progression is a long experience perfectly balanced between tastyness, softness and velvety tannins. Could resemble a top Burgandy pinot noir. Perfer with meat stews.

This sweet red is probably the best Italian expression on a Rose Moscato. Its is typical sensations of raspberries, strawberries roses and geraniums are underlined by a note of  nutmeg and moss. Its freshness, delicate tastiness and subtle tannins not only make it an unusual aperitif but also marries well with fruit custards. An out of the ordinary  match is with a spicy oriental dish.
